Hello everyone.
 
Criminal code was heavily redesigned to support some new ways to punish
criminals. From now on guards will warn you about your crimes only a few
times after that if you refuse to follow their order they will take
action. 
 
Some basic info: 
- The more crimes you commite in the town the harsher punishment you will
  recieve.
- Ghosts and Trolls have no criminal records in their own towns.
- Murderers won't be able to rent in the towns where they commited crimes.
- Thieves won't be able to use shops in the towns where they commited crimes.
- Those who refuse to follow guards orders will have extended punishment
  compared to those who do.
