Combat rounds/all regen and special effects from spells like acid blast
heat meat and like were remade to use the event based system. This may
cause strange anomalies, if you DO notice something strange please
log it and bugreport.
Steal skill failure now depends on perception of victim and your skill.
Please note that having 100% in steal skill doesn't mean that you will
always be successful as alert status of your victim is now taken into
account. I plan to move steal related crimes into area criminal code
so expect more changes in the near future.
83423452345 fixes all over the code to improve performace most probably
resulted in loss of stability, so expect crashes.
