Hello everyone.
 
Due to continuous requests from many players regarding the incognito status of 
characters a little change was added to code. Names of those who have large
number of war points will be shown to everyone, as they are the most reknown.
Those of less reknown and in incognito status will be shown with a special
description, like *a Powerful Elf* or *a Mighty Human*, messages are no way
permanent and may be changed in the future if something better suggested.
 
Elven smiths are no longer producing elven chaninmail and as a result Elrond
no longer able to give away it as a reward, instead he is giving some useful
potions and a awards with experience.
