Latest misc changes:
 
- Mines can collapse now after long usage, resulting in death of all who
  present in there. Those mines will regenerate with time but the process
  is very slow.
 
- Old mines sometimes are very dangerous to stay in.
 
- Only very skilled dwarves can find and mine mithril ore.
 
- You no longer able to train while retired or in Halls of the Dead.
 
- You can train to higher percent at trainers.
 
- You train now a little bit faster on your own (very little).
 
- Items dropped on the ground or hidden will decay after some time
  Time of decay is random and varies from 30 minutes to 5 hours.
 
- Certain items can be forged only by very experienced players.
