Hello everyone.
 
Spells shield, thought shield and ghost armor now give additional
blocking bonus. But remember, that practicing shield block will 
negate the bonus that spell gives. I personally suggest to totally
decay dodge and shield block skills if you want to get the maximum
effect of dodging from blur and blocking from shield spells.
