Hello everyone.
 
I updated the practice system once again to make it easier to gain
access to skills/spells from basic guilds. 
 
a) You no longer need to become a member of basic guilds.
   (this means you instantly have access to all spells/skills
    from warrior/cleric/thief/mage guilds)
 
b) Psionicists have NO access to mage/cleric guilds at all.
   (they have their own special setup of spells available only
    to them)
 
c) Skill percent is now actually affected by the skills/spells
   you practice from the guilds what are not your base.
   (meaning if you are mage and practice warrior skills it will
    affect your spells, but if you practice spells from illusionist 
    guild it will not, the harder is skill/spell you are practicing
    the more it affects your skills/spells)
 
d) You can now see your current skill percent in guilds.
