'WEATHER SPHERE'

Weather sphere:
 
Weather sphere contains spells to alter weather by the will of the caster.
Lets say caster can create raining in a sunny day or dark clouds to
cover the sun.
 
Weather sphere contains spells:
 
Control Weather        - Changes weather by the will of the caster.
Darkness               - Covers the sun with dark clouds.
Death Field            - Creates an area of wild magic.
Dense Fog              - Fills area with dense fog.
Call Lightning         - Calls a thunderbolt down from the skies.
