RECITE Is used to "read" a magical scroll. Target can be an object, character or nothing (which may be yourself). The keyword to use the scroll can be any of the keywords that the scroll has. 'Reading' talent helps to determine what is written in the scroll and therefor you have less chance in failing to understand a scroll.
