After talk with Omen, i've reduced opposite
class spell affects. They were too cruel...
But... system still needs balancing, and i will 
continue doing this cruel job...
Mages got their spell% bit a little higher. 
Next the clerical classes will be executed, thieves
and warrirs as well too.
