Upon casting this spell mage will attempt to freeze his victim, conjuring an ice cocoon around target body. The target will stay in that cocoon until it melts down. Fire spells can be used to melt the cocoon down. While frozen target stays immobile and also no harm can be done to the target unless the sacrifice spell.
