CURSE

Upon casting this spell, the caster is usually able to curse--whether it is
an object, person, or the form of some undesired sending or evil presence.
The spell is not permanent on creatures, but may be permanent on objects if
the caster is very high level. The bestow curse lasts one turn for every
experience level of the caster casting the spell. It causes penalties to
hit roll and attack roll, your saving throw may be reduced, also very
strong curses may reduce your Strenght. Cursed person can not use spell
Word of Recall.
