A very powerful spell used by necromancers to gain control on a group of
creatures in same room with him. When spell is cast everyone in the room who
fail a saving throw vs spells will become a trusted follower of the caster 
and will obey all his orders. The number of creatures one can charm this way 
depends on total creature level necromancer has under his possession.
